Water From Your Eyes Add Tour Dates, Share Video for New Song: Watch

Water From Your Eyes have shared another single from their upcoming album, Everyones Crushed. True Life follows the album track Barley, and its lyrics reference an actual denied request the duo put out to Neil Young. Listen below, and check out the bands newly announced June tour dates.

True Life is our Neil Younginspired quasinu metal stomp, the band said in a statement. It is also intended to be our Short Skirt/Long Jacket. The bridge was initially meant to contain lyrics from Cinnamon Girl, but Neil Youngs lawyers wouldnt let us use them. Now they are about how Neil Young wouldnt let us use his words. The rest of the song deals with life and assorted complications of the material world.
