As the War between Ukrainian and Russia escalates, Ukraine First Lady Olena Zelenska has urged the media to tell reveal “bitter reality” of how Russians are killing children in Ukraine. The politician begged the International media to reveal to the world the ugly truth of how Russians are killing children and putting their parents in severe pains.
During an emotional plea, the First Lady posted on Instagram – with pictures of kids who were killed:
“I appeal to all the unbiased media in the world! Tell this terrible truth: Russian invaders are killing Ukrainian children,”
“Tell it to Russian mothers — let them know what exactly their sons are doing here, in Ukraine,” the photo caption read. “Show these photos to Russian women — your husbands, brothers, compatriots are killing Ukrainian children! Let them know that they are personally responsible for the death of every Ukrainian child because they gave their tacit consent to these crimes.”
The war between Ukraine and Russia has been going on for over a week and the international community has labelled the attack as “violation” to the already laid global sovereign power law. Many have been killed with Russians attacking Ukraine with missiles, and armored vehicles. According to reports, not less than 38 children have been killed in the war.
“This figure might be increasing this very moment due to the shelling of our peaceful cities!” she continued. “When people in Russia say that their troops are not hurting the civilian population, show them these pictures! Show them the faces of these children who weren’t even given a chance to grow up. How many more children must die to convince Russian troops to stop firing and allow humanitarian corridors?”
The First Lady made the Instagram caption with photos of five (5) children and said:
“The five children featured in the Instagram post ranged in age from 18 months to 14 years old.”
The cause of war is centred around Russia’s displeasure over Ukraine interest to be associated with NATO, a community of military coalition. Given the the United States is a key member, Russia President, Putin has warmed that any interference from outside will escalate the war as they remain on standby to release “Nuclear Weapon” if need arises.
