Lizzo appeared publicly for the first time since addressing allegations of bullying and harassment. The 35-year-old artist, known for her hit ‘Truth Hurts,’ shared a collection of pictures from her enjoyable time in Tokyo, Japan on Friday via Instagram.
In the video, Lizzo, who recently faced a lawsuit from three former dancers but received support from her dance troupe through a joint statement, showcased her vibrant and diverse attire.
Lizzo, whose full name is Melissa Viviane Jefferson, added a caption to the post with a pink heart emoji adorned with sparkles, saying ‘From Shibuya, with Love.’
This marks her initial social media post following the statement she made on August 3, in which she dismissed the lawsuit as a ‘false allegation,’ reaching her 13.3 million Instagram followers.

Lately, Lizzo has been confronted with serious accusations of bullying and s3xual harassment from a total of nine former employees.
Despite the recent legal dispute concerning s3xual harassment, Lizzo’s present dance team has openly expressed their support for her. In a statement posted on Instagram on Thursday, the dance group ‘Big Grrrls and Big Boiiis,’ part of Lizzo’s crew, shared their sincere emotions about their time on The Special Tour.
The statement highlighted, “We have had the time of our lives on The Special Tour. The commitment to character and culture taking precedence over every movement and moment has been one of the Greatest lessons and Blessings that we could possibly ask for.”
