In a surprising turn of events, American rapper 6ix9ine, who recently experienced a thrashing at a South Florida gym by members and affiliates of the Latin Kings, found himself in yet another unlucky situation.

However, this time, he wasn’t hit with fists, but with legal papers.

American Express is aggressively seeking repayment of 6ix9ines purported $120,000 credit card debt, according to information obtained by Radar Online.

The credit card issuer has resorted to legal action against the infamous rap star, who has a history of legal troubles and controversies.

As per Radar Online, a process server was able to track down 6ix9ine on March 23rd, inside a Cuban bakery named Delicias Cuban Bakery.

The server spotted the rapper driving his blue Lamborghini adorned with vibrant paint splatters, and tailed him to the bakery.

Once inside, the process server approached 6ix9ine, who confirmed his identity, and handed him the legal documents.

Interestingly, 6ix9ine was served with the lawsuit only a few days after he was brutally beaten inside of a South Florida gym on March 21st.

Three men, Rafael Medina Jr., 43, Octavious Medina, 23, and Anthony Maldonado, 25 were later apprehended and charged with the assault.

6ix9ine, who has a large and devoted fan base, has yet to comment on the credit card debt lawsuit. It remains to be seen how he will respond to the lawsuit, which could potentially have a significant impact on his financial situation.
